Purchasing a Costco Membership:
To purchase a Costco membership online, visit Costco.com, select Membership near the top of our webpage, then click Shop Memberships. Select your membership of choice: Executive, Business or Gold Star. Complete the checkout process. You will immediately receive an order confirmation email that will include your new membership number.
Please remember to update your online Account Details to include your membership number once you receive it.
Viewing Details of Member Only Items:
You must be logged in to Costco.com and have a valid Costco Membership number saved in your online account to view pricing and/or purchase Member Only Items. When viewing product details, you will be prompted to login to your account to display pricing and enable the Add to Cart button.
If you are currently a Costco member attempting to purchase a Member Only item and are unable to see the price, a simple update to add your membership number to your account is required.
Updating Your Costco.com Account:
To update your account information:
- Select Sign In / Register found in the upper right-hand corner of the Costco.com homepage.
- Sign in using your email address and password.
- Choose Account Details in your Account.
- Select Edit next to Membership Number and enter your 12 digit Costco Membership number. Do not enter the prefix "7111" if it appears as part of your membership number.
- Select Update. Your membership number will now be linked to any order you place on Costco.com.
Upon your return to the product page, pricing will be available. You may now add the item to your cart and complete the checkout process.
